Condominiums roofing project installed in 1999.

The roof photo above is of the Golden Arms Condominium in New Smyrna Beach Florida. The new roof is manufactured and warranted by the “2001 Company”. The roof was installation in November of 1999. The roof assembly consists of a 50mil single ply thermoplastic. cement recovery board over an existing modified bitumen roof and lightweight insulating concrete over concrete.

Approximately half of the existing roof blew off during a hurricane and was laying in their parking lot. The board of directors chose a roof consultant that recommended our Hurricane Warranted Roof so they would never have this problem again.

The “2001 Company” issued a 20 Year Leak Warrantee, covering both material and labor, and a Hurricane Warranty covering wind speeds up to 120 mph.

The owner’s chose this roof system due to it’s Hurricane Warranty, superior wind resistance and self drying capabilities.
